With Microsoft Power Automate, you can easily turn routine tasks into automated workflows, leaving you more time for more important things. Choose from thousands of predefined templates to start automating common business processes right away. Or use a variety of data sources and the Common Data Service to create your own custom workflow. For example, you can integrate the following connectors: Outlook, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, Twitter, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dropbox, Gmail and many more.
Include Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a data source in your automated workflows. Examples of useful flows are:
- Send a low product inventory warning
- Sending a permit request
- Notification upon receipt of a purchase order
- Notification upon receipt of a sell order

With the Microsoft Power Automate user plan, individual users create an unlimited number of flows based on their individual requirements.
Microsoft Power Automate Pro Flow Plan
With the Microsoft Power Automate Pro Flow plan, you implement 5 flows that can be executed by an unlimited number of users, with additional flows added monthly.
