Do you work for a small or medium-sized company and need an ERP solution that you want to install locally (not a cloud version)? Perfect. Then Dynamics 365 Business Central On-Premise is great for you. With Dynamics 365 Business Central On-Premise, you say goodbye to separate island solutions (e.g. multiple systems, manual Excel analyses) and finally start with one central business application. Sounds good? Summarize the dream benefits:
- use of a standard ERP solution (no complex industry solution)
- solution that grows with you (scalability)
- transparent decision templates and forecasts (therefore more informed decisions)
- uncomplicated and very easy integration into the Microsoft product world
- flawless use on all end devices
Cloud vs. on-premise
Companies prefer the local installation (on-premise) to the cloud version because …
- … they want to run the software on their own servers,
- … they want complete control over the file system,
- … they prefer an independent connection (through local network connection),
- … they favor cumulative updates that are performed manually.
Clarification: Request a quote instead of buying directly
Investing in a local installation (on-premise) is a long-term investment that involves high costs. We want to make sure that your company has the right conditions on site for using the on-premise solution (system requirements, ability to implement your processes, etc.). The world’s best software is of no use to you if you cannot work perfectly with it. So understand this measure for your protection. In other words, it is important for us to establish personal contact with you and discuss this with you.

Note on the product
The purchase of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central license is also associated with the conclusion of an Enhancement Plan (EP). The EP has an initial term of 12 months and costs 16% of the list sale price of the total license purchased annually in advance. Calculation example: 3 x Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials = € 4,500, 16% of which = € 720 annually upfront for the Enhancement Plan. The EP is extended and calculated with each license extension / new order. The EP can be terminated in writing with a notice period of 90 days before expiration. After expiration by termination of the EP, the purchased licenses of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central may continue to be used, but may no longer be updated, extended or modified in any way.
