Note on the product
The purchase of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central license is also associated with the conclusion of an Enhancement Plan (EP). The EP has an initial term of 12 months and costs 16% of the list sale price of the total license purchased annually in advance. Calculation example: 3 x Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials = € 4,500, 16% of which = € 720 annually upfront for the Enhancement Plan. The EP is extended and calculated with each license extension / new order. The EP can be terminated in writing with a notice period of 90 days before expiration. After expiration by termination of the EP, the purchased licenses of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central may continue to be used, but may no longer be updated, extended or modified in any way.
